If you are looking for the “one” be prepared to go through many before you make that enchanting discovery. I truly believe that the search for the “one” is futile. Some, and I mean very few in this day in age find a mate, marry and stay together til’ death do them part.
My parents have been married for 40 years. I know it can be done but it is becoming a rare occurrence. From what I witnessed, this is not a bad thing.
I believe whoever we are with at the time is the “one” we need to be with to teach us what we need to know in that season of our lives. When it’s over, the next “one” is soon to come, so don’t cry yourself a river. In the love game there are many “one’s” that come in and out of our lives.
The “One” thing I do know, is that we love the one that we are with now, with all we have to give, and accept humbly what we have to learn.
